Welcome New Bethel Church Ministry Leaders! If you would like to host an event at the New Bethel Church, please follow the steps below for successful planning. An “event” includes but isn’t limited to a program, fundraiser, rehearsal, service, meeting, information booth/table or anything that includes the New Bethel Church name. Step 1: Schedule an event on the New Bethel Church Calendar. Please complete this step about 6-12 weeks prior to an event. “The Sooner the Better”

Step 2: Request promotions to be included in the pre-service video, social media and email blasts. Please complete this step about 4-6 weeks prior to an event.

Step 3: Submit a JAM Form. Please complete this step 2-4 weeks prior to an event.
Step 4: Submit an Event Cancellation Form. Please complete this step as soon as an event has been cancelled or postponed.
