Event Overview:

The Youth & Children will have a Fall Harvest Festival during service on Sunday, October 30th at 10 AM in the Haven Center! We invite our young people to wear a costume that represents a movie! There will be a special sermon presented along with activities and games! Lunch will also be served to those that attend.

After service we invite the members from the church to bring candy and distribute it to the young people from your vehicles during a fun “Trunk or Treat” event! It is not necessary for your vehicle to be decorated but that would be fun!

Trunk or Treat Details

At about 11:30AM (after the main service has been dismissed), there will be a “Trunk-or-Treat” in the main parking lot. We request that all members and youth parents bring candy to distribute at your vehicle during this time. Prepare for 40-50 kids. If you plan on participating, please park in the back parking lot when you arrive to church that morning. (full map on back). It is also requested that you arrive to the church by 9:45 AM to help us organize the vehicles properly. Trunk decorations aren’t necessary, but the children would love seeing them! If you do decorate your trunk, please use fun, fall or youthful themes and stay away from scary halloween themes. We anticipate having about 40 kids so please be sure to have enough candy for everyone. Urban Community Connections will provide festival gifts for all the children. Thank you so much for your support and we anticipate a successful event!
