We invite you to our annual Celebrate Life & Good Health Thanksgiving at the New Bethel Church – 745 Walker Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66101. This year’s drive-up event will be held on Saturday, November 19th from 12PM – 2PM. As long as your vehicle is in line by 2PM, you will be served. Walk-up guests will be served from 3-4PM
EVENT DETAILS
Part 1: Thanksgiving Food Distribution – There will be a one-way entrance, and a volunteer will place pre-packed Thanksgiving grocery baskets in the vehicles and household items provided by Urban Community Connections. Choose between a free Turkey, Ham or Chicken provided by local organizations. *While supplies last
Part 2: COVID 19 Vaccine & Booster Shots – Vibrant Health will provide COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots during the event. Recipients will be entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card!
VOLUNTEER OPTIONS
It is a blessing to be able to give. If you feel the same, we invite you to be a vounteer. We are looking for volunteers of ALL ages to assist as we prepare for our Annual Celebrate Life & Good Health Thanksgiving Giveaway. We would love if you’d consider being a volunteer. Select a volunteer time that is from the dates provided below. Feel free to vounteer as many times as you would like.
