To request an event on behalf of a ministry at New Bethel Church, please complete the form on this page. Events include programs, fundraisers, rehearsals, services, meetings, information booths, or any gathering associated with the church, whether on or off campus. Once submitted, the executive staff will review your request and confirm approval. If additional details are needed, someone will contact you directly.

Event approval is required before promotion for an upcoming event, meeting, rehearsal, or program at New Bethel Church. Announcements are for non-regularly scheduled events and may be shared via social media, service announcements, email, or text messages. Personal announcements require approval from the New Bethel Church Administration. Please upload any relevant images or videos. Leaders do not need to submit a separate form for announcements—the Communications and Marketing team will use the information provided on this page. If more details are needed, the team will contact you directly.

The New Bethel Church executive staff will be informed and prepared to set up all scheduled events, meetings, programs, fundraisers, rehearsals, services, and booths. Upon submission, the JAM Ministry will confirm receipt and follow up if needed. Leaders do not need to complete an additional form—information from the event scheduling form will be used. The Janitorial and Maintenance team will contact you directly if further details are required.
