The NBC Community Development Corporation, The New Bethel Church and other community organizations have teamed up once again to host our annual Christmas Community Outreach, “Celebrate the Giving!” This is truly the season of giving as we celebrate the greatest gift that was given to each of us – Jesus Christ! This event will be held on Saturday, December 19th from 12PM – 2PM at The New Bethel Church (745 Walker Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66101)

PART 1: Christmas Food Pantry Distribution – There will be a one-way entrance and a volunteer will place pre-packed Grocery Bags in the vehicles. There are no requirements or restrictions to receive food. Dotte Mobile Grocer will distribute produce & dairy boxes. Urban Community Connections will distribute household cleaning & hygiene supplies. *While supplies last

PART 2: Health Resources – We have confirmed that flu shots will be available for those 6 months – age 65. As we receive additional confirmations of other heath resources, we will add them to this page prior to the event!

Part 3: New Christmas Gifts for Children – Every year we look forward to blessing families with brand new gifts for children! This year, we will distribute Santa stockings and Santa hats full of winter hats, scarves, gloves and an age appropriate toy, game or activity! We are preparing gifts for infants all the way to our teens. We will also include yummy snacks! The child MUST be present to receive the gift *While supplies last!
