Harvest Fest 2020 is just around the corner and we are planning a safe and family friendly event for costumes, food, fun and of course, lots of candy! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 31st at 6PM! This event is hosted by the New Bethel Church Youth Governing Board & Urban Community Connections. Sign-up below to reserve your family’s space!

Update: Since the temperature has dropped outside we are planning for this event to be indoors. Please refer to the information below for details. Sign-ups are now necessary to attend so that we can remain safe and adhere to the public health guidelines.

UPDATE: Event Schedule

5:45PM – 6:15PM: Entering the building – As your family enters the building, we will safely take everyone’s temperature, distribute food bags and escort you to your designated area. Each area will have designated picnic blanket and all the movie watching essentials. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs to sit comfortably. Everyone age 2 & up must wear a mask inside the building. We request all registered families to arrive by 6:15PM.

6:30PM: Family Costume Contest & Photo Booth – Pick a theme as a family and have fun! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive a prize! The contest will also be live on facebook! We will dismiss each family the photo booth area one by one to limit lines and maintain social distancing.

7PM: Movie Time – Enjoy a family friendly movie safely! The movie will be announced soon!


Pre-Event Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Decorate a pumpkin as a family and post on your Instagram or Facebook Page by Friday, October 30th at 6PM. Use the hashtag #NBCHarvestFest2020 so the judges can see your creation! If you would like a FREE Pumpkin, stop by the church office Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10am and 2PM.


Why Sign-Up Online?

Since Harvest Fest 2020 will be inside, we will have limited capacity to maintain social distancing. By signing up online, you can will reserve your family’s spot. 

Please Note: Each “space” is  considered a household. Each household is limited to 5 people. If your family is larger than 5, you will need to reserve two “spaces”. Online Booking will end Oct 30th at 6PM or when capacity is reached.
